1. Cancellation Policy
- Same Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 3 Days in Advance: Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 1 Week in Advance: Cancellations made up to 1 week before the scheduled service will be refunded in full.
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the final video product, we offer a 100% refund on the video production fee. However, please note that this does not include costs incurred during the video creation process such as:
- Car rental fees
- Fuel costs
- Parking fees
- Driver fees
3. Refund Process
All refunds will be processed through PayPal. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
